To track your order, please enter your order number in the box below and click the "Track" button.


Your order number can be found on your receipt and is included in the confirmation email you received.

Returns and Refunds Policy

You may request a return or refund if you discover any of the following within 24 hours of receiving the goods.


  1. Incorrect quantity, wrong product, or incomplete product received. We will resend the correct product and retrieve the incorrect product.
  2. If more than 30 working days, excluding public holidays, have passed, and you have not received your order, you can track and view the parcel updates.
  3. Products that are dented, damaged, spoiled, or received with physical damage. In cases where the damage is proven, a complete replacement product will be provided without the need to return the product.


Steps to Apply for a Refund:


Step 1: Submit the Return Form

Return requests must be made within 24 hours of receiving the product. Please take photos of the damaged packaging, damaged items, and the waybill of the received items. Also, provide photos of all items in the package.


Step 2: If the Return Request is Approved

For eligible return products, you must maintain the original condition, quantity, and packaging of the received products.


Step 3: Refund/Exchange

The company will inspect the returned products upon receipt.


Step 4: Refund

After initiating the refund, it will take 7 working days to process the refund, and it will be returned to the customer through the same payment method used during the purchase.
